Als Teamlead Paint Application (m/w/d) führst Du ein Team und gestaltest die Lackierorganisation aktiv mit.
Aufgaben
* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Applikationsteams
* Verantwortung für Applikationstechnik: Roboter, Lackparameter, Lackversorgung
* Optimierung und Überwachung der Lackierprozesse
* Serienbegleitung der Lackierroboter und des Lackmischraums
* Analyse von Lackierfehlern & Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
* Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen und neuen Technologien
* Planung von Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
* Erstellung von SPS/SWI und Teilnahme an täglichen Qualitätsrunden
Profil:
* Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Lackier- und Applikationstechnik
* Know-how in Robotertechnik und Qualitäts-/Problemlösungsprozessen
* Gute PC-Kenntnisse & Englisch von Vorteil, Deutsch fließend
* Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes HSE-Mindset
