Inside Sales Representative – Renewal Specialist
Location: office Frankfurt
Responsibilities:
1. Planning, executing, tracking and analyzing our renewal business
2. Establishing a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contracts
3. Cooperating with the sales team and assist in selling renewals and promoting up-sell opportunities
4. Contacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process – always aligned with Account Manager
5. Periodically reporting on progress of current contract renewals
6. Preparing renewal quotes for current contracts
7. Managing customer requests
8. Preparing forecasts of contract renewal bookings
9. Demonstrating key functionality to promote up-sells at existing accounts
Required Skills:
10. Experience with supporting a Sales Team ideally within the IT Industry – security and or
11. networking sector
12. Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Excellent customer service and communication skills (in German / English)
14. High degree of proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
15. Confidence and excellent negotiation skills
16. Ability to analyze numbers effectively
17. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
18. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
19. Proactive and energetic
20. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
21. Solid Salesforce experience
