Job Description
The Procurement Officer role is a vital component of our Marketing Division, responsible for supporting the team in preparing and drafting contractual and procurement documentation.
* Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and reviewing Calls for Tenders (CFTs) under existing Framework Agreements, including internal and external documentation.
* Support the drafting and review of all documentation for CFTs for upcoming open/public procurement procedures.
* Utilize procurement tools such as Mercell to manage sourcing activities.
* Conduct contract compliance checks.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to exchange contractual documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
* A minimum of three (3) years' relevant professional experience in procurement processes and contractual documentation.
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations is an advantage.
* Familiarity with procurement platforms and tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
