Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
1. Entering incoming invoices into the pre-system
2. Checking, assigning accounts and pre-posting incoming invoices (physical/digital) in DATEV
3. Clarifying discrepancies with internal departments
4. Managing and reconciling open items
5. Maintaining and updating vendor master data
6. Processing travel expenses and credit card statements
7. Supporting the processing of payment transactions
8. Supporting monthly reporting and annual financial statements (HGB)
Your Qualifications
9. Completed commercial vocational training or further training as a financial accountant
10. Professional experience in accounts payable (desirable)
11. Confident use of DATEV or ERP systems, as well as MS Office
12. Knowledge of tax law (VAT)
13. Structured, precise working style and ability to work in a team
14. Written and spoken English
