Product Analytics Lead
The role of Product Analytics Lead sits at the intersection of several disciplines: product insights, data science and data engineering. This position covers a broad range of topics, from collaborating with engineers on implementing event tracking to generating actionable insights and sometimes developing predictive models.
* Define project scope, prioritization and resource allocation across multiple analytics projects.
* Manage delivery processes and set stakeholder expectations for transparent and aligned project outcomes and timelines.
* Lead initiatives championing our 'data-driven decision making' culture, designing and developing experiments.
* Drive strategic partnerships between product teams to discover opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
* Apply statistical techniques for analytics research and collaborate with other data scientists.
Successful candidates will have:
* 7+ years of experience in either product analytics or data science.
* Relevant experience managing cross-functional teams or similar.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders on complex topics and present findings to non-technical audiences.
* Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* Educated to degree level or higher, preferably in a numerical field such as statistics or mathematics.
