About the Role:
* This role aims to maximize sales team effectiveness by developing and applying standardized frameworks.
* The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal route and coverage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing a framework for sales cluster execution teams to ensure effective development and operation of sales call plans, routes, and processes.
* Evaluating and enhancing sales systems to ensure they are fit for purpose, maximize ROI, and operate effectively.
* Serving as a subject matter expert/key point of contact for the business regarding sales systems and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a field-related role with a proven track record of driving performance through monitoring and measuring work.
* Business/economics/sales education or experience.
* Excellent English skills; one extra European language is a plus but not essential.
