Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate financial controlling activities for multiple business lines.
* Prepare budgets and multi-year plans in collaboration with the finance team, business line managers, and leadership.
* Analyze variances and provide actionable insights for financial planning and decision-making.
This position requires strong financial background knowledge, including expertise in business controlling, cost of goods sold (COGS), and standard costing. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as leadership abilities to motivate and lead teams to deliver results under tight deadlines.
