As a Director Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long- lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead a Team of product marketing Experts Develop a 5-year strategy, compiling the product group annual strategy plan Manage and develop relations at executive level for key customers, partners and government agencies Maintain and develop a long-term product roadmap, own and defend business cases Interface to R&D team for market requirements and needs during execution phase Fulfill all the product group reporting duties, with focus on Long Term Business planning and forecasting Ensure proper talent development retaining and acquiring key talents Qualifications Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed As a Director Product Marketing, you stay aware of costs in your decisions and actions and optimize cost-benefit relations. Furthermore, you have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas. Lastly, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable qualification with a technical background More than 10 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry including experience in both R&D and Marketing Proven experience for portfolio responsibility > 100 Mio. Euro Knowledge of semiconductor development milestones and basic Hardware architecture Track record of successful Go-2-Market strategy planning and execution Remarkable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences Established ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve complex situations in a volatile environment while being sensitive to soft aspects Great structured, good organizational skills and attention to detail Professional proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent); able to lead client calls and write proposals; German is a plus Contact Darana Andrade Company Context #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
