Job Title: Head of Sales Western Europe (Dental Medical Products)
Location: Western Europe (Remote)

Reporting to: Country Manager, Europe
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western Europe, driving business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
* Lead and manage the Western Europe sales team, including performance management, territory planning, coaching, and team development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including dental labs, clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer needs assessment, and competitor intelligence.
* Drive product promotion and awareness initiatives, including workshops, demonstrations, trade shows, and strategic partnerships with dental professionals.
* Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and reporting to ensure targets are consistently met.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management with key customers and distributors across Western Europe.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a medical-related field.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
* Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets in international markets.
* Strong commercial insight, negotiation skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
* Fluent in English (required) and additional European languages (advantageous).
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and strong ownership mindset.
* Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-growing international environment.
