The company Répertoire Culinaire is specialised in the importation and distribution of high quality food products, either chilled, ambient or frozen. We operates in the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia,Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls. Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France. Post description Sales Coordination & Administration Process customer orders, quotations, and price lists accurately and efficiently in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365. Maintain up-to-date customer records, product data, and pricing information in the ERP system. Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to order management, invoicing, and delivery tracking. Communicate daily with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment. Prepare sales reports, KPIs, and performance summaries for management review. Manage office purchasing activities, including sourcing, comparing suppliers, and ordering equipment, furniture, and consumables. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Manage claims, returns, and product replacement processes. Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing proactive and solution-oriented support. Finance & Documentation Assist with invoice control, credit note issuance, and coordination with the accounting department. Support the preparation of monthly sales forecasts and revenue analysis. Ensure all sales documentation complies with internal procedures and German legal standards. Profile required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service within a B2B environment (preferably in the food or FMCG industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365 / Business Central is preferred. Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
