What You’ll Do

📌 Lead Generation & Prospecting

* Research, identify, and engage potential customers for VidLab7’s AI-driven sales and marketing solutions.
* Utilize LinkedIn, outbound email, and cold calling to book high-quality sales meetings.
* Develop an understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICP) to create targeted outreach strategies.

📞 Outreach & Engagement

* Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, positioning VidLab7’s value proposition.
* Build relationships with marketing, sales, and digital transformation leaders.
* Use personalized, AI-driven messaging and videos to capture attention and drive conversions.

✅ Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

* Apply frameworks to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
* Maintain and update CRM data to track sales interactions, lead status, and deal progression.
* Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.

🎯 Sales & Marketing Collaboration

* Partner with marketing teams to refine messaging and content for enterprise buyers.
* Provide feedback on lead quality, market insights, and customer pain points to improve outreach.
* Work with the VidLab7 AI Avatar team to enhance automated outbound strategies.

📊 Performance & Growth

* Meet and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline growth.
* Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends, AI advancements, and VidLab7’s evolving product.
* Be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with leadership to shape the future of AI-powered sales.


What You Bring

* Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment.
* Ability to identify, engage, and qualify leads using outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
* Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, key metrics, and pipeline management.
* Experience with CRM tools to track sales interactions and optimize lead handoff.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage enterprise clients.
* Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
* Fluent in English and German is a must.
