We’re looking for a Teamlead Leasing Sales to accelerate the growth of our Leasing business — in a remote role with strong cross-functional visibility and real ownership.
In this position, you’ll shape and lead the leasing sales strategy across dealer segments, work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and ensure our leasing offers set a true market benchmark. You’ll translate market insights into scalable programs that grow revenue, profitability, and dealer engagement —while building an environment where your team can do their best work.

What you’ll do
* Own the Leasing Sales strategy (and make it real)
o Define and evolve the sales strategy for Leasing in partnership with the Business Lead and other key functions.
o Identify new growth opportunities and build scalable strategies to source new deals and acquire new Leasing dealers.
o Act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers, coordinate dealer operations and support defining sales incentive structures.
* Turn market intelligence into advantage
o Together with Analytics and the business lead, perform competitive benchmarking and market gap analysis to identify shortfalls in supply and translate findings into actionable targets.
* Functional leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
o Lead the Leasing Sales Team across Key Account Managers and Sales Operations team as a people manager
o Participate in a cross-functional Leasing leadership team to drive the Leasing business.
o Partner with Marketing and the Product & Tech teams to support in structurally prioritising requested dealer features.
* Build an operating cadence that supports healthy performance
o Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms, track performance, and make and communicate evidence‑based decisions and trade‑offs.

What you bring
We value diverse backgrounds. You don’t need every box ticked, but success in this role typically includes:
* 5+ years in sales leadership or commercial roles within marketplaces, automotive, fintech, or leasing/financing.
* Proven track record of building and scaling dealer or partner programs that deliver supply growth, revenue, and margin improvements.
* Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in pricing, incentives, and profitability management; comfort working with FP&A and revenue reporting.
* Experience partnering closely with Product and Marketing to shape programs and features that drive measurable sales outcomes.
* Data fluency: set targets and KPIs, run experiments, and make transparent trade‑offs based on evidence.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to align Key Account Managers and cross‑functional teams.
* Bonus: exposure to OEM ecosystems, new‑car/BTO programs, regulated environments, or incentive automation.
* Proficiency in English and German (speaking, writing, and understanding).
