About the Role
We are seeking highly experienced Strategy Consultants to support our key pharmaceutical clients in shaping and optimizing their commercial, sourcing, and data strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, industry insight, and practical experience in CRM, MDM, and commercial operations within the life sciences sector.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement strategies that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value—primarily in the areas of global sourcing, customer engagement (CRM), and master data management (MDM).
Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with pharmaceutical clients to understand strategic and operational challenges.
* Lead and contribute to consulting projects focused on commercial excellence and data-driven decision-making.
* Structure ambiguous business problems and deliver clear, actionable strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
* Lead or support business case development, operating model design, and vendor evaluations.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (including IT, Commercial, Procurement, and Data).
* Contribute to client proposals and internal thought leadership related to Pharma Data & Strategy.
Qualifications
* 2-8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, pharma/life sciences, or relevant technology-driven transformation roles.
* Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, especially in commercial operations and data management.
* Flexible, agile thinker who thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments.
* Strong experience with one or more of the following is highly appreciated:
o Sourcing strategy and procurement processes
o CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM)
o Master Data Management (MDM) systems and governance
* Ability to operate in client-facing roles and drive stakeholder alignment across business and IT, is a must.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Life sciences, business, or data-related disciplines a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
