We are seeking a motivated Working Student to assist our team in evaluating, preparing and implementing innovation portfolio management solutions. This role is an opportunity for Master students to gain hands-on experience in project and process management as well as software testing and rollout.
Your role in our team
As a Working Student, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline innovation workflows and enhance portfolio visibility. Your tasks will include:
* Support in documenting and organising data, processes, and tools
* Evaluation and improvement of current workflows and systems
* Plan and facilitate sessions, workshops and interviews
* Prepare weekly updates on Project progress
* Support in general team coordination, such as meeting logistics, agendas, and note-taking
* Assist in budget tracking
* Support in other projects of Group Innovation & Technology function, e.g., the setup and execution of the Körber Innovation Award
Your profile
* Currently enrolled as a Master student in computer science, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
* Strong interest in and basic understanding of software engineering and process management
* Very good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Familiarity with data engineering and tools
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team.
* Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
