As a Working Student in ProjectManagement, you will support our team in planning, executing, and following up on various projects. This role includes a range of administrative, organizational, and research-related tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of our projects:
1. Assisting in planning and organizing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
2. Helping in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reports for seamless project tracking
3. Conducting research and performing analyses to provide actionable insights that support project decision-making
4. Supporting in coordinating and communicating with various project stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and collaboration
5. Supporting in preparing and executing presentations and meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and impactful
6. Handling administrative tasks and organizational duties within the project management scope to enhance overall efficiency
️ The role requires on-site presence in our Ludwigsburg office.
Job requirements
7. Enrolled student (f/m/d) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar
8. Demonstrated interest and initial experience in project management are advantageous
9. Excellent organizational abilities and a structured approach to work
10. High level of initiative and capability to work effectively within a team
11. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
12. Good command of both German and English, with strong written and spoken abilities
