Your mission
You are a visual designer with a strong interest in brands, storytelling, and culture. You contribute to brand-focused projects and work closely with teams to help develop clear brand narratives, identities, and experiences.
Brands today function less as static identities and more as living systems: adaptive, scalable, and increasingly dynamic across digital products and services. In this role, you support the design and implementation of such systems and learn how they perform across channels, platforms, and use cases.
Your Tasks
Contribute to the development of brand identities, from early concepts to visual execution.
Support the creation of brand narratives and creative routes, translating strategic input into visual expressions.
Work with global brands, publishing houses, and public institutions (e.g. healthcare, cities, universities) on diverse branding challenges.
Help translate brand strategies into digital products and cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with strategy, product, and technology teams in multidisciplinary project setups.
Prepare and refine design materials for internal reviews and client presentations.
Contribute to design systems that act as operational brand platforms rather than static guidelines.
Work hands-on across design phases, from concept development to implementation support.
Your profile
2–5 years of experience in brand and visual design, ideally in a studio or agency environment.
A portfolio showing strong visual skills, curiosity for brand systems, and conceptual thinking.
Interest in connecting strategy, storytelling, and visual execution.
Solid understanding of visual identity principles, typography, layout, and color across digital and physical applications.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of design systems and digital products, and how brands scale across platforms.
Familiarity with structured brand development phases, from exploration to implementation.
Willingness to learn and grow within complex project environments.
Hands-on, reliable working style with attention to detail and quality.
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Big plus
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted tools, automated workflows, and emerging design software.
Basic understanding of motion design and how it supports brand expression in digital contexts.
Awareness of accessibility standards and their relevance for brand and design systems.
