JOB DESCRIPTION
The role
For our international and fast growing team in Berlin, we are looking for a growth lead to bring influencer marketing to the next level across our portfolio of markets and help the team scale their large and dynamic creator program. In this role, You will be the technical owner of our nano and micro influencer program, and will be responsible for the maintenance, development and performance of this platform. You will also lead multiple technical projects related to automation and optimization of processes, including data enrichment, enabling visibility on funnel metrics, dashboard creation and automating manual campaign management processes for our local influencer teams.
You will report directly to the Global Associate Director of Influencer Marketing.

What you’ll do
1. Own and scale HelloFresh nano and micro influencer program across the all markets and brands
2. Technical ownership and onboarding of all markets into a campaign management software, enabling data visibility and process optimizations
3. Enrich data visualization from the channel by creating influencer specific dashboards and feeding company-wide tools, models and reports with the collected data
4. Create your own pipeline of AI projects with external and internal stakeholders to optimise campaign management and reduce influencer onboarding time
5. Work in tandem with multiple tech teams to create impactful programs through business cases and developments (e.g. rev-share, box ordering, referral programs, etc.)
6. Work in close collaboration with our local influencer teams to ensure adoption of projects and participation in tests
7. Take a critical view on the current setup of the program and actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI
What you’ll bring
8. You have at least 2-4 years of experience as growth marketing manager
9. You have experience working in complex, multi-channel international teams
10. You are intrigued by the creator marketing landscape
11. You have strong project management skills
12. You are data driven and can create easy-to-digest data visualizations in tools like /Google Sheets, Slides and Clarisights
13. You have strong relationship management skills
14. You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
15. Requirement:Full proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
