Your Role
As an Online Order Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of online orders and maintaining high service standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of online orders
* Coordinate delivery and return processes
* Communicate with the call center, international offices, and internal teams
* Process customer returns
* Participate in projects aimed at improving logistics processes
* Prepare delivery-related analytical reports
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Accuracy, initiative, and willingness to learn
* Ability to work confidently with computers
* German and Russian language skills
* Team player with a responsible and punctual approach
