Your role
* Design of electrical hardware for cutting edge robotic systems
* Bridge the gap between sensor development, motor control and robot software architectures
* Participate in development on all stages, ranging from project planning and hardware design all the way to implementation
* Assemble mechatronic prototypes for robotic systems
* Evaluate the design by measurements and extensive testing in a professional lab
* Learn and excel in electronic hardware development on a unique technology stack enabling safe human robot interaction
Your experience and qualifications
* University degree in electrical engineering or similar (Bachelor/Master/Diploma)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design, including schematic design and PCB layout
* Solid experience in the use of ECAD tools (preferably Altium Designer)
* Strong analytical skills and technical know-how, in at least 2 of the following areas:
o Power electronics
o BLDC drivers
o Communication interfaces such as SPI,UART, EtherCAT
o Sensor systems and analog/digital conversion, including routing of analog and digital signals
* Skills in soldering and assembly of electronics
* High personal standard of performance and drive for result
* Passion for developing innovative solutions as part of an interdisciplinary, cross-functional team
* Strong communication skills in English, German is optional
