This is an excellent opportunity to coordinate administrative aspects of sales activities for assigned customers. Acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate administrative tasks associated with sales activities
* Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners
* Manage the product lifecycle from creation in SAP systems to commercial documentation, samples, contracts, and pricing
* Handle customer portals, order tracking, invoice management, and participate in commercial meetings
* Maintain data accuracy and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or supply chain
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in sales coordination or sales support
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP systems
* Meticulous, well-organized, customer-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally
* Fluency in both English and German
