Interim HR Lead – 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a hands-on Interim HR Lead to support senior leaders on-site in Regensburg for a 6-month assignment. This is a delivery-focused role requiring immediate impact in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide pragmatic, day-to-day HR leadership and support to senior leaders
* Take full ownership of complex Employee Relations cases from end to end
* Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies and frameworks
* Play a key role in change and transformation activity, supporting organisational and cultural change
* Offer clear, confident, and commercially focused HR advice with minimal hand-holding
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior interim HR role
* Very strong ER expertise, with the ability to manage high-risk and sensitive issues independently
* Demonstrable experience in HR policy, change and transformation
* Comfortable working on-site and operating in a hands-on, delivery-driven capacity
* Able to hit the ground running and add value quickly
