HR Assistant (m/f/d)
ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures
Maintenance of employee information and prepare HR report
Liaising with headquarters HR to handle relevant matters, such like communicate and implement corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives; Collaborate with the HR team in Poland to support cross-border HR matters, including expatriate management, international assignments, and compliance with Polish labor law; contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
Management of HR regulation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee data and HR-related matters
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, international environment
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems; ability to generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making
