About the Role
As an Auto Software Localization Experience & Design Strategist, you will be responsible for integrating localized ecosystem resources (such as map/navigation, mobile data, gaming, music, and other digital services) into our vehicle software. You will deeply analyze differentiated user needs and market-specific functional expectations, translating these insights into concrete product requirements for specific vehicle models. Your strategic input will play a pivotal role in shaping products and services that truly resonate with local customers.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the functional experience and application of software products related to automotive intelligent cockpits, planning new product functions based on localization characteristics, and simplifying the status management of key high-value components for European models.
* Responsible for benchmarking and partnership development of localized ecosystem resources for mobile apps and cloud platforms, including services such as charging maps, parking space availability, after-sales services, social communities, and data connectivity.
* Responsible for benchmarking and collaboration with in-vehicle infotainment system resources, covering voice assistants, language support, video streaming, music, gaming, and telecom operator integrations.
* Responsible for benchmarking local intelligent network technology and operational solutions, as well as the design of intelligent cockpit and connected vehicle service processes.
* Support Chinese product development and specialized teams (e.g., performance validation) in acquiring localized technical benchmarking data, and participate in product strategy planning.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Product Planning, Industrial Design, Vehicle Engineering, Game Design, Web Design, or similar qualification.
* At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
* Understand the basic structure of vehicles and be familiar with the fundamental working principles of automotive electrical appliances.
* Passionate about exploring emerging trends, with deep insights into automotive usage scenarios and pain points, committed to driving innovative breakthroughs.
