Power BI Developer

Cobelfret is a well-established group of dry bulk shipping companies with offices in Luxemburg, Singapore, and Antwerp. We operate worldwide a time-chartered and owned fleet of about 100 vessels ranging from handysizes to capesizes.
In order to strengthen our operational efficiency, we are looking for a project based Power BI Developer.
Within this challenging project, you will be in charge of converting our existing Excel-based reports into automated, user-friendly Power BI dashboards. The goal is to provide management with clear, accurate and daily updated insights to support better data-driven decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Migrate and redesign existing Excel reports into user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
* Build reliable data models, queries, and automated refresh processes.
* Connect and integrate various internal data sources.
* Work with stakeholders to refine KPIs and reporting needs.
* Document data flows and maintain best practices.
* Ensure data accuracy, clear visualization, and strong documentation.
* Solid experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.
* Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret complex spreadsheets.
* Experience with SQL or other data sources is a plus.
* Analytical and detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
