across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end all compliance-related topics for the group internationally Manage the compliance management system and develop it as the company grows and changes Implement regulatory measures and policies based on the legal environment Train teams in different geographical locations on compliance topics Lead investigations in cases of violations or misconduct Keep all compliance documentation up to date
Required skills and qualifications: Fully qualified German lawyer (2nd state exam) Experience working in an in-house legal & compliance role
or
in a law firm with the desire to move in-house Proven experience in building compliance frameworks and internal controls Excellent communication skills in
German and English
and strong business partnering skills
