Join Anritsu as RF & Microwave Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Based in Germany
Are you ready to drive innovation and build strong technical relationships in the RF & Microwave Industry? At Anritsu, we’re looking for a passionate Field Application Engineer (FAE) to be the technical expert of our RF & Microwave portfolio, covering German-speaking countries and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
FAEs are at the forefront of technical engagements, working closely with Customers and the Sales Team to showcase Anritsu’s cutting-edge solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and trainings.
Solving complex technical challenges, optimizing product configurations, and managing on-site or remote technical inquiries.
Building trusted, long-term relationships with Customers, Partners, and internal Teams.
Acting internally as the voice of the Market, providing insights to our Product Divisions to shape roadmaps and solutions.
Representing Anritsu at exhibitions, conferences, and through technical content like articles, white papers, and presentations.
Your Profile:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated professional with
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Electronics or RF & μW Engineering
Strong expertise in RF & Microwave test and measurement applications, with hands-on experience especially using benchtop VNAs, Signal Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
Preferably 5+ years of experience in R&D labs, production testing, or similar fields.
Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver tailored solutions.
