Responsibilities
1) Promote solution-based sales, develop industry-specific international supply chain & logistics solutions, and support international logistics business development.
2) Design end-to-end integrated international supply chain & logistics solutions based on clients' global business needs, including but not limited to bonded logistics, import and export via sea, land, air, and rail, overseas warehousing and distribution, and system solutions.
3) Integrate resources and optimize costs to ensure competitive pricing of solutions and support sales in acquiring business.
4) Lead project implementation to ensure smooth business launch.
5) Support lean improvement of implemented operations and optimize project profit and loss.
6) Conduct project case summaries and reviews to continuously enhance solution expertise and operational capabilities.
7) Participate in international logistics industry research to advance the development of industry-specific models and the enhancement of product & resource capabilities.
Job Requirements
1) Extensive experience in international logistics operations, solution design, or project management, with the ability to lead the development of actionable international logistics solutions.
2) Familiarity with the local logistics market and customs policies in Europe.
3) Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
4) Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
