Working Student - Internal Communication & Process Optimization (m/w/d)

What you do
* Support for managers in the Workplace area in daily operations
* Support in structuring and optimizing our internal information channels
* Analysis of existing tools and processes to identify potential improvements
* Development of proposals for process optimization and efficiency enhancement for managers
* Support in the coordination and implementation of new communication strategies
* Participation in projects to improve internal communication and collaboration
* Creation of documentation and reports to support decision-making
What you bring
* Enrollment in a program (Bachelor/Master), ideally in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or similar
* Analytical skills and a structured working approach
* Interest in internal communication and process optimization
* Ideally, initial knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially M365
* Initial experience with communication and collaboration tools is an advantage
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken as well as Teamwork skills, initiative, and a proactive working style
* Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practicle use
