To support our publishing team in Erlangen, Germany, we are currently looking for a
Publishing Team Assistant
part-time or full-time
Job Responsibilities
* Preparation of quotations and price calculation
* Order processing taking into account current import and export regulations as well as follow-up and complaint processing
* Inventory analyses and materials management
* Supporting our international business customers and suppliers in English and German
Qualifikationen
Expected
Qualifications
* Excellent written and spoken German and English
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Willingness to get familiarized with various publishing tools and processes
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Great sense of responsibility
What would be a plus?
* Experience with accounting and/or taxes
* Experience in the gaming or media industry
