KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Systems & Tools, to join us as soon as possible.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the digital future of our Customer Service & Logistics department. You will independently develop, coordinate, and manage our system landscape and make a significant contribution to the harmonization and optimization of the underlying processes.
This exciting and varied position is permanent and full-time, based in Einbeck or Wohlde (Germany).
What you can look forward to:
* Responsibility for, coordination of, and further development of the system landscape in the German market, with a focus on order processing, particularly the specialist dealer portal
* Harmonization of existing processes across all crop types – including contributing your own innovative ideas to achieve overarching process goals
* Design, optimization, and implementation of interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close collaboration with internal and external service providers
* Definition of requirements for the Customer Service & Logistics department and representation of these requirements in international projects (e.g. within the S/4HANA rollout)
* Execution of acceptance tests as well as internal departmental trainings together with end users, and support with technical issues
Bring in your strengths:
* Completed degree or vocational training, ideally with a focus on business informatics or a comparable qualification
* Strong understanding of systems and processes, along with initial professional experience in IT project management or a similar role
* Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially SAP SD, and/or Salesforce
* Confident stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, combined with a high level of assertiveness
* High level of flexibility, initiative, and a structured, reliable, and independent working style
* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
