Sales Lead

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to own revenue growth and scale our client's presence with global life science enterprises. This is a founding role where you'll work hands-on to close major deals while building out the sales function from scratch. If you have a track record of selling 7-figure SaaS deals and love creating predictable revenue at scale, this is for you.
Our client is changing how MedTech R&D teams operate with a specialized AI platform that accelerates development while maintaining compliance. They're already trusted by companies like Bayer, B.Braun, and Novartis, and backed by 5.4M in Seed funding from exceptional investors.
What You'll Own
You'll be the driving force behind our growth, working closely with founders and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Your focus areas:
1. Enterprise deal execution - Create and close 7-figure deals end-to-end: mapping markets, targeting key accounts, building relationships, and closing.
2. Revenue predictability - Identify patterns for faster sales cycles and build winning playbooks.
3. Sales optimization - Improve collateral, messaging, methodologies, and incorporate AI into every step of the process.
4. Team building - Recruit, coach, and lead their initial sales team.
5. Cross-functional impact - Collaborate on marketing strategy and ensure smooth handovers to customer success.
What We're Looking For
Proven success selling 7-figure SaaS deals to global life science companies
Experience in a fast-growing tech company and building small sales teams
Ability to deeply understand technical product details and customer processes
Hands-on mentality - comfortable doing whatever it takes to win
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
