Lead HSE Professional

* Achieve governance and compliance with regulatory requirements through strategic planning and implementation of best practices.
* Maintain and advance global standards for hazardous substances handling, storage, disposal, and industrial hygiene.
* Lead global HSE audits, standardizing processes and managing findings to address systemic risks.
Requirements:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in comparable leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
* Proven track record in hazardous material management, working together with authorities and leading audits.
* Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., FaSi, OSHA) are a significant advantage as well as knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
