Your Responsibilities As an IT Administrator & Security Analyst, you’re a key player in keeping our tech infrastructure running smoothly and securely. Your work which directly shapes the employee experience and fosters a productive, secure, and collaborative environment will entail Incident Response & Security: Handle endpoint incidents, alert Security Ops, and manage IT security events. IT Asset & Access Management: Oversee asset compliance, on-/offboarding, and coordinate with HR and purchasing. User Support: Provide technical assistance via various channels and manage service tickets with external providers. System Administration: Optimize and maintain endpoint systems (Intune, Autopilot, M365, MDM) and the internal service portal. Software & License Management: Distribute software, manage O365 licenses, and administer Proofpoint. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Create self-service resources and contribute to hardware decisions and IT projects. Your Profile Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration) or a degree in computer science Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and PowerShell as well as being familiar with ITIL processes and a structured, solution-oriented approach Service-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, as well as fluent in German and English Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM) and automation via PowerShell Experience in international IT environments is a plus Technical skills: Strong understanding of networking protocols and systems: LLMNR, LDAP, NTLM, Kerberos, RADIUS, DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, SSH, SMTP, IPSec, SSL/TLS Familiar with Windows Firewall, Sysinternals, and general firewalling concepts Knowledge of network architecture: segmentation, routing, switching, DMZ, IPv4/IPv6, SNMP, ARP, ICMP Experience with Azure Networking About us Jedox is a leading software solution that enables business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for finance, sales, and other business functions with leading-edge technology to drive Digital Transformation and provide tangible customer value.
