As Procurement Manager (gn), you will design and manage an efficient procurement and P2P framework across indirect spend categories such as marketing, professional services, and general OPEX. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure cost efficiency, process compliance, and data quality - creating real impact across a €1B business.
You develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as marketing and professional services
Vendor Management & Negotiation
You ensure all supplier contracts meet legal and compliance requirements
You support automation initiatives such as AI-based invoice validation or automatic cost center allocation
You enhance SAP, Finway, and related systems to improve transparency, control, and efficiency
You build reporting dashboards for spend analysis, vendor performance, and compliance monitoring
You partner with IT and Finance to ensure accurate data integration and system alignment
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
You bring several years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or P2P management
You have strong knowledge of SAP and tools such as Finway
You are an excellent negotiator with a data-driven mindset and structured working style
