SeeTrue, an AI startup that revolutionizes the security screening process with a worldwide presence and customers, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to spearhead our expansion efforts across the EMEA and APAC markets.As a senior member of the executive team, you will lead and mentor international sales and pre-sales teams, drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and position SeeTrue as an industry leader globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a focused sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market share, particularly with airports, border control agencies, and national security bodies across EMEA and APAC marketsBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and pre-sales teams, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of excellenceInitiate and continuously improve structured sales processes, methodologies, and operational cadences across the teamDevelop customer pipeline and market presence across target regionsHold a personal quotaEstablish long-term partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure exceptional customer satisfactionIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including untapped markets and strategic partnershipsServe as an active member of the executive team, contributing to company-wide strategy, planning, global sales initiatives, and decision-makingMaintain ongoing and structured collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product & Development teams to ensure pipeline alignment, feedback loops, and go-to-market executionRequirementsProven experience as a VP of Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and closing high-value dealsExperience as a VP Sales in a startup or a high-growth technology company - comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and building from the ground upProven ability to implement and embed sales processes, CRM discipline, and performance frameworks within a teamProven sales experience with government agencies, airports, or national security bodies in EMEA and APAC marketsExperience in the Security Screening industry, with a solid understanding of X-Ray/CT security systemsA hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levelsStrategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsBachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or BusinessAdvantageLocated in Western Europe, ideally near a major international airport hubExisting relationships with key procurement and security decision-makers in European or APAC marketsAdditional European language skills - an advantage
