I am looking for a meticulous and driven Compliance Officer with expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts within the oil, gas, and recruitment sectors.
The ideal candidate thrives on detail, takes pride in spotting risks or mistakes others may overlook, and proactively ensures full compliance across client, employer, and supplier agreements.
This role requires a fluent German speaker, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex legal and compliance frameworks. With new markets, projects, and clients underway, this is a critical role for ensuring risk-free operations and protecting the integrity of our international recruitment business.
Contract Management
Ensure contracts meet compliance standards, local labor laws, and industry regulations.
Compliance Oversight
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor, compliance, and energy industry regulations.
Support and implement ISO, SCC, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
Work closely with internal departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to ensure seamless contract execution across international projects.
Interface with external clients and suppliers to align contract terms with company policy and compliance requirements.
Audits & Risk Management
Monitor contract compliance and conduct internal checks or audits.
Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory and compliance requirements.
5+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or legal advisory roles.
~ Sector experience in oil, gas, energy, or recruitment highly preferred.
~ Proven track record in handling international contracts and compliance processes.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of German labor law, commercial contract law, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SCC).
Passionate about compliance and risk mitigation – enjoys working with contracts and regulations.
