Inside Sales Representative - Data Centers - German / English, (m/f/d), Hamburg / Munich / Luxembourg (Hybrid)
What we count on you for - Your mission
In this role, you are responsible for active lead generation and form a key pillar of sustainable sales success.
* You identify and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound activities
* You conduct first contacts via phone, email and video calls to generate customer interest
* You analyse and assess the potential for long-term business relationships
* You schedule qualified meetings for the Key Account Management team
* You document and structure your activities in the CRM system
* You work closely with business development and key account managers
* You monitor market trends, target industries and key players in the data center ecosystem
Why we want you on our team - your strengths
Your background:
* First experience in inside sales, sales support, lead generation or B2B customer contact in an IT-driven environment
Your languages:
* German C1–C2 level; Fluent English, including technical contexts; French is a plus
Your IT skills:
* You are knowledgeable about IT, cloud and technical services
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus, ideally HubSpot
Your style & personality:
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of active customer contact
* Structured, goal-oriented working style with high initiative
* Curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in technology and business
* Confidence in a dynamic startup environment
