We are seeking a skilled and organized Stockroom Coordinator to manage our Aircraft Spare Parts Inventory in Luxembourg.

* Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issue of aircraft spare parts, ensuring accurate data entry and labeling.
">
* Maintain stock levels, monitor shelf life, and perform inventory transfers as required.
">
* Report out-of-stock or low-stock items to Material Planning for timely replenishment.
">
">
Pull and deliver parts from stock according to customer requests and supplied lists. Ensure accurate and efficient material handling, including control of main wheel support requirements for Cargolux aircraft Fly Away Kits.

* Take charge of Shipping and Receiving duties when no agent is available.
">
* Maintain good relationships with connected departments and ensure a clean and orderly work environment and departmental vehicles.

Requirements:
">
">
* Secondary technical education or equivalent in a relevant field.
">
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
">
* Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
">
* Excellent communication skills, team player attitude, and fluency in written and spoken English.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic forklift operation (training provided).
