Our client is hiring a VP of Business Development
Our client, Instantly.ai - a fast-growing PLG SaaS company - is looking for a high-performing VP of Business Development to build and scale their BD function from scratch.
This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting directly to the founders, with full ownership over partnerships, integrations, and strategic deals to drive exponential growth.
Your Mission
* Define and execute the BD strategy across integrations, partnerships, and strategic deals
* Build and prioritize a partner pipeline (CRMs, enrichment tools, data/GTM platforms)
* Launch and manage partner programs (tech, affiliate, co-marketing, rev-share)
* Lead high-impact ecosystem deals with platforms, communities, and marketplaces
* Collaborate with product/engineering on the integrations roadmap
* Build tracking, enablement, and onboarding systems for partners
* Represent Instantly externally with key partners and strategic accounts
* Build and lead a lean, high-performing BD team
📌 The goal is to establish ~10 new high-impact integrations per month (approx. 2 per week).
You might be a fit if you have:
* Proven experience building BD from scratch at a SaaS company
* A track record of scaling a SaaS product from ~$20–30M to $100–200M ARR
* Experience closing high-value strategic partnerships and integrations
* Deep understanding of CRM/data/GTM ecosystems and platform leverage
* A systems mindset: growth loops, distribution flywheels, GTM frameworks
* A proactive, persuasive, fast-moving working style
* (Bonus) Experience with outbound/email/SaaS infrastructure
Locations: Europe, UK, Eastern Europe, Israel, Canada (EST), Dubai. This is a fully remote role
