WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Preparation of the monthly payroll in compliance with applicable tax and social security regulations, as well as handling all related follow-up activities
* Independent execution of reporting, notification, and certification processes, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, offices, and authorities
* Responsibility for maintaining master data and managing absence records
* Correspondence with employees
* Participation in audits and year-end closing
* Preparation of evaluations, statistics, analyses, and reports
* Participation in HR projects and support in HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
* Completed commercial training / qualification as a tax clerk
* Initial professional experience in payroll accounting / HR administration
* Knowledge of working with DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ATOSS
* Very thorough and precise working style with high reliability and flexibility
* High integrity, discretion, and absolute dependability
* Strong “hands-on” mentality
* Good spoken and written English and German skills
* Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and initiative
