* Collaborate with the business partner portal team to manage user registration, compliance checks and onboarding processes.
* Responsible for support KPIs for response and resolution times for all applications in the portfolio.
* Quality assurance and signoff for new changes, features and updates in the application portfolio.
* Develop and implement operational dashboards and reports for key performance indicators and business requirements.
Requirements:
* University degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience in IT operations, customer service and project management.
* Ability to lead teams, handle conflicts and resolve issues efficiently.
* Knowledge of portal technologies, Salesforce platform and reporting tools like Power BI.
* Language: Fluency in English, German and Japanese desired.
