You’re a strong communicator with a sharp eye for client needs? At CoffeeCup, you’ll play a key role in building and growing long-term customer relationships. You’ll lead discovery calls with warm leads, deliver compelling product demos, manage key accounts, and help shape our feature roadmap through direct customer insights.
Tasks
* Conduct discovery meetings with warm inbound leads
* Manage and grow existing client relationships
* Continous improvement of sales operations and funnels
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field
* Sales mindset with a crush for technology
* Experince in strongly technical environments, preferably in the IT consultanting or SaaS industry
* At least 2 - 4 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
