Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender beruflicher Praxis
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Leistungselektronik
Kenntnisse in analoger und digitaler Schaltungstechnik
Gute Kenntnisse der Steuer- und Regelungstechnik von Leistungselektronik
Kenntnisse in der magnetischen und thermischen Auslegung von HF-Transformatoren und Drosseln
Erfahrung in der Auswahl und Qualifikation von Bauteilen für Leistungselektronik,
Erfahrung mit SiC Halbleitern und auch das Kürzel GaN ist Ihnen nicht fremd
Teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Organisationsgeschick
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie entwickeln die Leistungselektronik für getaktete, bidirektionale DC/DC-Wandler und Active Front Ends bis 100kW Leistung von dem Entwurf bis zur Serienreife
Sie arbeiten eng mit den Entwicklern der digitalen Regel-Algorithmen basierend auf DSPs und FPGAs zusammen
Sie betreuen die PCB Layouts ihrer Leistungsbaugruppen und unterstützen bei deren Konformitätsprüfung
In enger Abstimmung mit der mechanischen Konstruktion legen Sie die Kühlung mittels Luft oder Flüssigkeit aus
