As a Distribution Excellence Manager, you are responsible for the quality and strategic impact of complex distribution intelligence tools. Together with Engineering, DC operations teams and vendors you work on continuously improving and evolving RFID and Labor Management to maximize the value for the consumer.
Partnering with vendors and markets to define a distribution intelligence solutions in our distribution centers, managing capability expansion increments and leading the team towards definition of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including DC operations, Global Centers of Excellence and IT channel department to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation for areas impacted by RFID & LM

Support senior manager with documentation and preparation of community connects, QBRs and Steering Committee
Keep project blueprint documentation up to date based on regular review cycles
Local Distribution teams
Global Distribution Excellence community
TECH Distribution Solution Architect and Technical Consultant
Strong capability to structure and summarize data and information (Story Telling)
Basic knowledge in systems as WMS, Labor Management and RFID
Project management experience incl. MS Project, Smartsheet)
Experience in Business Architecture / UX design is a plus.
Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, SQL/Databricks welcome
Fluent in English both verbally and written
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
