As an intern (m/f/d) in People & Culture Early Careers at our family-run company, you will provide dedicated support to the Early Careers team in the People & Culture Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding department, helping to ensure that day-to-day business and projects run smoothly. In particular, you will
* be involved in all aspects of applicant management, with a particular focus on scheduling interviews
* actively participate in operational HR work (e.g., onboarding and supporting school interns, preparing and following up on training sessions, etc.)
* proactively research and prepare current topics and trends in the field of career entry programs
* assist in the preparation and planning of selection days for our career entry programs
* work on projects
Preferred Profile
* A degree in economics, communication sciences, social sciences, or psychology
* Ideally, you have some initial experience in human resources
* Confident MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
* An independent and responsible approach to work and organizational skills that allow you to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
* Team spirit for trusting cooperation with your team
