PM Group are seeking an experienced and talented Document Controller for a high-profile Mission Critical Data Center construction project in the Frankfurt, Germany region.

Responsibilities
Your role
1. Document organization and classification
2. Document control and versioning
3. Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team.
4. Monitor adherence to procedures and document workflow
5. Access management
6. Maintain Correspondence Log (email to / from Client / vendor etc.).
7. Issue Project Documents electronically.
8. Compiling Monthly reports, for issue to Client.
Qualifications
Your profile
9. Ideally document control and/or project administration experience in construction management or engineering sector
10. Business degree or vocational equivalent
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work
13. Pro-active, solution-oriented approach
14. Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
15. Attention to detail
16. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project)
17. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
18. Full proficiency in English and German
19. Flexibility to work on site
