In our global sustainability unit, we shape the sustainability strategy of BASF Coatings GmbH. As part of the team, you support materiality assessments (DMA) and sustainability risk inventories (IRO), integrating ESRS disclosure requirements and DataPoints as essential parts for the CSRD reporting process and incorporating them into the company's governance framework.
Through proactive monitoring, you track upcoming regulations related to ESG reporting and topics covered by Global Sustainability (e.g. enabling governance functions to thoroughly prepare for compliance and regulatory needs.
Across global teams, you share expertise and drive organizational upskilling by explaining requirements, providing clear implementation proposals, delivering training sessions and deep dives and presenting to customers, authorities and financial stakeholders.
ESG metrics, ESG management, related regulations and frameworks as well as certification schemes (UN Global Compact, GRI, TCFD, etc.)
several years of experience in financial and / or ESG reporting for companies, related stakeholder management, strategics as well as implementation of sustainability improvement plans and projects
very good communication skills for advanced precise auditor interaction in English and German, further languages beneficial
