Your areas of responsibilities:
* Conduct weekly product audits and occasional quality audits based on customer claims or production facilities
* Perform physical stock blocking and unblocking, ensuring accurate documentation in our ERP system
* Provide hands-on support for reworks within our warehouse
* Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reworks
* Instruct and train the external Quality team in reworks
* Oversee all incoming inspections and ensure proper documentation in the inspection book in collaboration with the external Quality team
* Audit quality inspections to maintain and improve product quality standards
* Conduct training sessions for external Quality inspectors on new product quality inspection processes
* Generate comprehensive monthly reports for key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Promptly report abnormal container shipments and actively collaborate on defining and implementing corrective actions
Your profile of qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Engineering degree or Technician qualification
* Experience in product quality management would be an asset
* Fluent in English, very good command of German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong hands-on mentality, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks concurrently
* Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
