We're on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to help us grow our footprint in Berlin. You’ll collaborate every day with an energetic team from our on-the-ground Community Team to our Sales HQ in the UK to ensure every member's experience feels seamless, personal, and impactful.
Working alongside the community team, sales team based in the UK, and all other departments.
Opportunity/Enquiry Management/Building Relationships
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Identify existing and new potential partnerships to help drive referrals and the sales funnel.
Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed performance targets and KPI’s.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, coworking, or recruitment.
~ Experience in a fast-paced sales environment and team.
~ Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
~ Fluency in English; fluency in German is a huge plus.
