Job Description:
As an Analyst (SR) Product Support, you will be responsible for delivering M&E application support across the organization. You will contribute to team efficiency by encouraging suggestions and personal initiative. Your duties will also include testing during application upgrade and bug fixing, maintaining and supporting the Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) software computerized maintenance system, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver M&E application support
* Provide Boeing Application support (AHM Notify, TML, Authy)
* Contribute to team effort
* Testing and bug fixing
* Maintain and develop MRO software
* Train users and provide documentation
* Liaise with other teams
* Manage interfaces between MRO and other applications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
* Experience working in IT and application support
* Knowledge of IT security best practices
* Understanding of application deployment and integration
* Professional expertise in application support and interfaces
* Knowledge of Maintenance and Engineering processes
* Experience with Linux systems and Oracle databases
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
